Hey guys. If you are experiencing these kind of issues with your game then (if you have a multiple GPU setup) please make sure that the main graphics card is selected for the game. Additionally, please make sure that the scaling options for the card are set to fullscreen.

Should the issue still persist, see if the windowed mode for the game might not help here.
As some of you suggested a few posts above, changing the "Display mode" and "Aspect ratio" (also from the DirectX Settings) could be helpful here as well.
