Raien: I just started playing the game and it's not loading cutscenes (and yes, I did turn off the "disable cutscenes" option). The level just loads but there's no sound effects at all. There is background music but when I pause the game, it just turns off permanently.

My system specs are as follows:
nVidia GeForce GTX 650
Intel Core i3-3240
CPU @ 3.40Ghz
8 GB RAM
64-bit Operating System (Windows 7)

Raien: Okay, Done.
Great :) While you're waiting for a reply, please try running the game as Admin and start the game from the Start menu and don't launch the executable file directly. Also, if you see a setup program in the Start menu (I am not sure if Outlaws has one...) please try using that as well :)
