wanderfuchs: works fine for me on arch. besides the openssl_3 error no problems.
anything in your journalctl or can you run it from console and check the messages when it freezes?
It requires an older version of libcurl which you can download from AUR.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libcurl-compat is the version you need to get rid of that error as 7.48 will not work as I had that one installed myself...
