while the drop-down has only Ubuntus in it. I use Archlinux. officially supports only Ubuntu and its derivatives and flavors, such as Linux Mint, Xubuntu etc. If you're using Arch Linux we can still attempt to help you but we cannot guarantee that the game will work on your system.

Please pick the latest version of Ubuntu from the dropdown list and explain in your ticket message that you're using Arch Linux.
