I'm not sure if, in addition, we are not doing some reverse engeenering (I know that we can, but don't know if it is allowed and If we actually do this). I'll check and come back tommorow to tell you more:)

You're right, it is not possible. Ofcoz we do have support of content owners.
The only problem is that not always this support is possible due to different reasons
(lost masters, documentation etc). And in this rare cases we need to use some less standard methods like reverse enginering, but this is rather an exception.
