Fenixp: In Czech Republic it's region locked on Steam, and yet you can get it on Impulse (GameStop app) for 20 euro. I'm fairly sure it comes with Steam key, since Skyrim is a Steamworks title.
Territory: Worldwide (Excl. Eastern Europe / Russia)

Which means I'll probably won't be able to add it to my version -_-
