n8dude: I recently used the new GOG downloader to download Fallout Tactics, and when it finished it gave me this weird .gogdownload file type that I have no idea how to open, if anyone could shed some light on what I would use to open this thing, that would be great :)

There's a known bug with the current beta version of GOG.com Downloader that occasionally prevents renaming .gogdownload file to .exe upon successful download. Try renaming file.gogdownload to file.exe manually - it should work. Our dev team is working on an update to the Downloader app that should fix this bug.
