Gears of War 2 (360) - On Insane
Breath of Death VII, not a bad little game.
I finished Toonstruck last week, it was fun but very anti-climatic.

Yey!

Just finished the Underworld campaign of Sacred Gold.

May go back and do all the side quests but for now I'm eager to start something else...but I don't know what....

Original cds but I lost the box ages ago. It was part of the Virgin White Label games. I never did finish it at the time, but last week I noticed it was compatible with scummvm and thought why not.

I read that the game was cut in half, and that they were planning to make a sequel with the material that was cut, but due to the failure of the first game they never did.

44. Saints Row: The Third- PS3; 11/19/2011 6.5/10 (Biggest letdown of the year... I loved the first two games, but this one was pretty terrible in comparison to the first two. The mechanics were vastly improved over the first two games but that didn't stop the game from being tedious as all hell.... the humor is juvenile which I kind of expected after playing Saints Row II (with its Septic Avenger side missions & all) but the thing that ate me the most was the fact that they incorporated all of that kind of shit into the (rather short) story. The one thing that I always like about Saints Row was that it gave you the option to do crazy shit, but never actually forced it on you. In the first two the story itself was serious & had a few heart tugging moments, such as *major spoilers for the first two games & very minor spoilers for the third* when Lin died in the first game & Carlos died in the second. They made a somewhat large deal out of both of those moment... specifically the Carlos death.... The boss was absolutely irate... In this game however when Johnny (who is the boss's best friend & only other member of the original Saints) dies, it is just like whatever, I'll just recruit some new guys.*end spoilers* In my opinion, they focused too much on trying to create a "wacky" world & not enough on actual good storytelling & interesting mission structure.)

Yeah, I thought it was really cute how the main character can't talk (he's a skeleton), and no one actually knows what he's thinking but the one character who can read minds, who proceeds to spin everything in her favor.
oh well there goes my streak..

i was well on my way to a 52/52 year.. then Skyrim released

i can't see myself getting time or wanting to play any other game for the rest of the year..
Since my last update, I've done Batman Arkham City & Assassins Creed Revelations, both were pretty damned great.

Yea they do slip up at one part on that though and the skeleton talks directly to the vampire. I hope chuthulu saves the world has a bit more depth and is less linear then this game, but I won't be disapointed if its as good as this one.
