The Windows XP requirement was bumped up to Windows 7 as we'd received several reports of issues for XP through our support team. We discussed the issue with the developer and were asked to increase the minimum requirements up to Windows 7 (we also increased the minimum RAM up to 4GB, as per discussion with them).
