Xenon-Mantis: status update, i got the refund, but the money hasn't appeared back on my card yet, should i wait a bit or is there something i missed?
Refunds can take a few business days to be fully processed on both sides, up to a week (though it usually doesn't take that long). If the refund isn't on your account after a week, please contact us, ideally via your original ticket, or open a new ticket if you can't find it in your emails anymore.
