nightcraw1er.488: That really doesn't suprised me at all. Whenever I see YouTube videos with commentators I always ask, how can these people make a living, they are barely coherent. Now a revelation that crime networks are funding this really fixes that equation.
To be fair, a lot of the those who accepted the sponsors tended to be young and entering longterm deals. It's worth remembering we are talking about the early days of G2A, and indeed the early days of the big boom in youtube as a viable source of income. Most of the well known creators dropped G2A when their deals were over.


They sill have quite a hold in the mid-level channels and streams though, but most of the creator's don't really come off as all that knowledgeable on video games beyond the popular titles earning the E-bucks :P
