Lexor: Yes, it is. I've just tried to create a topic in Darkest Dungeon's subforum and the form hung again.

I'm attaching a screenshot what I can see in right-bottom side of the form after pressing "Post my message".
I'd suggest opening a ticket over on https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us they should be able to help you with the problem
