At least they solved my problem on the first try...
In my experience it WAS a few days. But ever since Cyberpunk and i think another title did bad, a LOT of tickets on refunds, on top of impatient people who make new tickets because the previous ones hadn't been replied to making the work load even bigger.

As of right now, if it's something payment or account access related easier to flag a blue and those related issues are expedited.

Otherwise i'd say 60-90 days.

I dont know exactly. It should be within few days. If they dont respondvto you try new ticket and contact again. My experience was within few days, sometimes it depends on stuff like if it sale (so they are too busy) ....
