IronArcturus: But for some reason the camera was at a weird low angle. I'm wondering if that was fixed in the latest PC version.
Fixed how? You must realize that was very likely a game design decision, and judging from the video and the screenshots it looks just about as you have described it.

DebbieL: I love how the 'May the Fourth' sale seems to get longer every year ;D Anyway I'm definitely intrigued by Deadly Dozen Reloaded, as I've read that it's quite similar to Hidden & Dangerous. However, that is one heck of a steep price for a remaster of a game first released in 2001. I realise it costs money to upgrade the graphics etc., but still...
Having now watched about 15 minutes of unedited gameplay of Deadly Dozen Reloaded...

... the gameplay looks GOOD... very faithfully updating the original...

... the graphics are ok... not great, but far from terrible...

... but...

... the voice acting is of the "some devs in a closet" quality. It really undermines the experience. I can only hope mods can "fix" some of this over time.

Ziggurat should have paid enough for professional VO.

I will definitely pick this up, but having the originals, I'll wait for the price to come down a bit.
I'm happy to see Sacrifice on sale! :D Feels like forever since I've seen it discounted here. A one-of-a-kind gem with unique gameplay and an amusing lore! Got nothing but fond memories playing this game: the trippy visuals, the great voice acting and the atmospheric music. :)

Just because of what happened last time to Re-Volt:

We are sure that the new dev/publisher combo isn't bogarting code from the community, right?

DD & Ji Ji: Nothing added to the sale today ?
Probably on Monday there will be something new added to the list.
Hmmm, seeing Re-Volt reminds me of RC Cars. I quite liked that game when I played it a long time ago. It was published by 1C and is currently only on Steam.

Any chance of bringing it here?

Zoom Platform has it.

I recomend Legend of the Sword and The last battle for those IF and adventure lovers. I had these games wishisted in Steam and now are finally here.

Legend of the Sword reminds me a lot to those last hybrid IF and graphical Infocom games, specially Journey and also to the Legend Entrtainment IF adventures.

UCrest: ... Now that I think about it and since I see on GOG a lot of classic games resurrected I would love to see the PC version of Midway's Hydro Thunder, please GOG if possible.
I've got it on CD, from back then in the 2000s.

I also made a video about two weeks ago showing some gameplay :

Swedrami: In addition to the above mentioned, there's also:
Battles of Destiny
TrickStyle Soundtrack
available now.

Artki: ref Battles of Destiny. Does anybody know if the online multi-player is modernized?
"out of the box" GOG version doesn't provide ready solution (only SP+hot seat), but the modem option is still in the game, according to those guides, Dosbox should be able to emulate this feature for old games:

IronArcturus: Has anyone tried Tunnel B1 yet?
I did and it's... weird. It has really weird perspective (in theory first person, in practice you're shooting always onto things that are up ahead, but no crosshair or anything like that). It seems like extremely simplified game, just riding on the corridors and shooting stuff. And I can't find anywhere any manual and don't see any option to check/modify controls. So far I can't say that I'm impressed with this one.

op2022: Can you configure Tunnel B1 to SVGA (800 x 600) or higher?
I couldn't find any option which would show the current resolution, there is only details level, on "high" the resolution is noticeably higher, but game is working terribly slow (probably that's the reason why there is set medium by default).

That's too bad. I was hoping it would have an option to adjust the camera in the game.

Thank you for your reply. I hoped, it would be posibble. Oh, well...
Yeah see now THIS is what I actually signed up for in the first place. This is really all I buy on GoG. You should be featuring the old games a lot more often even from a business perspective, as many of them are your actual exclusives. Work on getting more adventures please. I still need that Black Dahlia fix.

...
Do you only buy games on GOG that aren't available on Steam, or moreso old games that are here even if said old games are also on Steam?
