At this point, I'm wondering if there's an issue with emails getting through on either end – I don't think we have that much of a support backlog. At any rate, since it worked out last time, we will dance the dance of inboxes one more time (and also try to figure out why we can't seem to get in touch so that you don't have to start a forum thread every time you need help).
Sorry about this whole thing! By all means, talk to us if you need help! We can't do everything support can, but we can do our best to help or point you in the right direction.
