We’re always open for constructive feedback and criticism, as long as they are directed to the forum moderators privately and not disputed within the forum itself. I will lock this thread, but my DMs are always open if any of you have any questions or concerns.

We fully understand how frustrating it can be, when it seems you’re facing injustice and double standards. I’m gonna address some of the issues you’ve pointed out here, and hopefully put your minds at ease. :)

Some warnings are issued publicly, and some are not. Just because a mod doesn’t create a post to issue a warning does not mean “nothing [is being] done despite direct reports”. Please rest assured that all reports we receive from you are being investigated and action is being taken in case CoC violations, but we are under no obligation to disclose that to the reporting users.

While we’re doing our very best to spot any cases of CoC violations, our Forum Staff team is very small, and Forum moderation is only one of many of our daily tasks. Especially with big events going on (such as Winter Sale right now), we’re occupied with other responsibilities and some things may slip under our radar – we’re constantly working on improving that. If you notice any cases of CoC rules being broken, we do encourage you to message either me, SmollestLight or our Community Moderators. After all, only together can we make the Forum a better place for the GOG Community.
