It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Lodion: Yep, disabled the proxy on my LAN and I can now download the installer.
I'd suggest Gog.com make game downloads work when the client IP does not match the IP the SSL session came from. Otherwise there will be many paying customers unable to download games due to something outside of their control.

Thanks much for the info. We'll look into that and see what can be done...

ThrawnZA: Agreed, just a general timeframe of when we expect this problem to be addressed would be very welcome.

First and foremost, apologies for our late update on the topic.
I just wanted to reassure you, that we're aware of the issue, we are working hard on that and it's one of our top priorities. I cannot give you an exact ETA at this moment, as the problem is a bit complex and lies between our content delivery network security and specific isp/network settings. Early next week, we'll post an update in this topic and an ETA.
Thank you for your patience.

HDaudioCoYotE: and not solved at all ... wt??
Hi, can you tell me whether you're experiencing the 403 error on the games themselves or their extras or both?

Vercinger: I keep getting this every time I try to download more than 1 thing at a time. If I start downloading a game installer, I get 403s on everything else until the download completes. If I start with the extras instead, I can download 2 things before getting 403s on everything else for an undetermined amount of time, usually a few minutes. Then another 2 things, and another few minutes of waiting, and so on. Makes it pretty time-consuming to download all of a game's extras. No proxy used.
That sounds rather...odd. I don't recall something like that ever happening. How are you downloading: browser or downloader?
