udet: Today I have bought Fantasy General from GOG. I downloaded it on my pc, installed it and started a campaign. All went fine. I saved my campaign and wanted to continue a little while later, but the game now refuses to start again. I see a DOSBOX window and read "Program: IMGMOUNT". Then the screen goes black and I will find mysel on the desktop.

Is this some kind of magic spell oder a problem which can be solved? Any suggestions? I must admit that I have zero experience wIth DOSBOX and configurating it.

Some additional information: My system is very old now, XP SP3, AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ with 1,8 GHz, 1 GB RAM.

udet: BOSCO, a very BIG THANYOU to you and the other guys. Re-installing was not even necessary.

I had put the re-adjusted music from another thread here into the game and had renamed the originial music folder to "music original" (what else). After deleting this folder (keeping only the folder "music") it works again like a charm.

Without your remark about "a component of the program may have been moved" I would not have thought about the music folder problem. So thank you again!!!
