Cork421: Long story short, my GOG copy of New Vegas was working fine both vanilla and with 5 mods that I always use, however once I introduced NVSE and the Stutter Remover mods, my game no longer works correctly with the green play button on GOG Galaxy. I know you have to launch with the nvse_loader.exe, which I've been doing, but I'm not getting the achievements on GOG nor is my time played increasing.

Is there any way to get the play button on Galaxy to somehow default to opening the nvse loader, rather than the default launcher? I'd like to get the achievements and such.
