Thiev: You can download it separately under 'extras' for this game. It isn't included by default with installer.

Hi,
to install any patch/pack into Evil Genius ctrl-click or right click on Evil Genius app and pick "Show Package Contents". Run Wineskin.app, then choose: Install Software and then Choose Setup Executable.
