yossibd: after installing the game on windows7 and pressing the shortcut on desktop
the downloader run an update and after that i have got the play green key.
after pressing it i have got a messege
"an unknown exception has occured"

and the windows kicked me out

somone know whats the solution fir that please

Please send us a Support ticket and attach your DxDiag and also a file called crash.dmp and the UserDefault.xml file, located at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ddtrilogy\.
