It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Good afternoon/evening/morning (pick one, please :D)

We have a patch and installer up for those of you who were having auto updater issues where you'd get an "invalid key" message.

If you have any issues or concerns, please let us know :D.

fortune_p_dawg: Can't access the Mac installer. Gives me a '403 forbidden' error. Is this on my end or GOG's?
It may be on your end as I have tried just now to download the Mac installer both via my browser and the Downloader. I am not sure what could be causing this. I am using Google Chrome without a hitch. Perhaps try a different browser, if you haven't already?

fortune_p_dawg: Yup, taken care of. Just used IE and it downloaded without a hitch.

What browser were you using that was causing the problem, if I may ask out of curiosity?

fortune_p_dawg: Firefox, on two different PCs.
As I thought :D.

Take a look in this thread for some Firefox-related domain issues as the solution may lie there. Hope that helps :D

nicode: Still 403 for the new Mac setup.
(Windows update download works)

Iceweasel 10.0.12 over https://secure.gog.com/

ps: maybe it's the apostrophe in the file name
We don't use any apostrophes or commas or any other punctuation symbols save for periods and underscores. Could you try a different browser that isn't Firefox or Firefox-related like Iceweasel?

nicode: The download for the Windows setup is:
[...].edgecastcdn.net/[...]/secure/dont_starve/pc/setup_dont_starve_2.0.0.5.exe?[...]
And for the Mac setup:
[...].edgecastcdn.net/[...]/secure/dont_starve/mac/don%27t_starve_1.1.0.3.dmg?[...]

Same problem with Firefox 20.0.1.
Internet Explorer (8.0 in a WinXP VM) is downloading the file (with apostrophe)
You were correct as an apostrophe DID somehow sneak into the file name. It's been fixed now :/ Sorry about that. Could you try downloading it via Iceweasel and see if you get the 403 error again? Thanks.

nicode: Works with Iceweasel now.
Many thanks for the fast support.
I learned something new today: Firefox treats commas quite differently in file names :D.

Thanks for reporting the issue, both you and fortune_p_dawg :D.

m4lk4v: "There is not enough disk space for the update" message shows up. Anticipating next question - yes i have enough space on my disk. A lot more than needed.
If this is during installation, please send a message to our Support team about this. Thanks :D
