Kapaun: There seems to be a bug in Cap 2 regarding training of the employees in your firm. I got to it this way: Building a supermarket and selling four different products (A, B, C and D) from the ports. After a while I see that only A and B generate profit, so when their purchase and sales units get problems to meet the demand, I rearrange the units of C and D to purchase and sell A and B as well. So far, fine.

But now I notice that the former C and D units will never rise the employees level anymore. Training is at full and the units I did not change have easily climbed to level 4 - but the others are just stuck. Their sales units are utilized 100 % (their purchase units are not at all utilized, at least there is no bar), but they will just not rise in level.
