I have tried:
Uninstalling Avast and installing AVG
Creating an exception in AVG for bionic.exe
Updating all system files
Updating all drivers
Downloading June 2010 DirectX rntime package
Downloading installation file via gog downloader
Uninstalling an reinstalling
Restarting computer
Launching as administrator
Turned ott UAC (User Account Control)
Different compatibility modes
Lower resolutions
Closed third party programs
From what I've read on other forums, the main culprit is usually Avast, or compatibility mode. As I've already stated, I have tried those with no results.
Please help.
