I've recently purchased The AI War Collection and although the game starts fine, it announces that 2 official updates are available. But when I use the automatic updater to install them, the update window appears with the text "Arcen Updater Version 1.00" and the Arcen Games Logo, but nothing else happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. In addition, the update program asks for admin status and so there can't be a permissions issue either.

Has anybody else faced this issue? Is there a solution I'm missing?

Make sure you disable AVAST! if you have it installed as it tends to interfere with the game :)
