We are building a global ecommerce & game distribution platform with millions of users each month and people are fundamental to our success. Right now at the Product team, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner to pick up a challenge and help our Store teams deliver awesome product experience that creates business value.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analysing and evaluating business and user requirements.
- Defining the problems and participating in delivering solutions that follow user needs and product strategy.
- Maintaining product's backlog and releases plan.
- Ensuring visibility of product development status, progress and KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
- Managing and negotiating product scope, dependencies and delivery schedules.
- Communicating product plans, insights, issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Planning scope for sprints, participating in scrum rituals.
- Cooperating with Product Designers, Researchers and Data Analysts.
- Making sure the team is informed about the plans and what value is expected to deliver.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial product owner / product manager role.
- Ability to work with product and sales data.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Curiosity and problem solving mindset.
- Experience using product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- A team player with a desire to make a difference.
Pluses:
- Experience in e-commerce products.
- Experience in working with product metrics.
- Practical knowledge of A/B testing or other product testing methods.
- Being enthusiastic about games, gaming culture and products.
