At GOG, we are on a mission to make games live forever by helping people across generations fall in love with games. We are looking for a candidate to support our accounting team in the role of the Accounting Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting accounting documents ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Support the reconciliation of customer accounts, including investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes
  • Supporting month-end closing tasks
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide support during audits by supplying necessary documentation and information
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by senior staff

Job Requirements:

  • Financial education background (degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or in progress)
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Communicative English (both written and spoken)
