The multiplayer was legendary
Sadly, it is very difficult to find any matches anymore, although theoretically it is possible. It would probably still be worth picking up WIC to play the campaign and against the bots. Against human opponents way back in 2007 this was was the stuff.

Glorious descendant of Ground Control
This game is unbeatably in its field. Built on the shoulders of the giant Ground Control series of games, the DNA in this game is well used and taken to the end-zone. Incredible visuals which, after more than 10 years, are confirmed ageless; amazing sound design; superb tactical military combat gameplay; an ambitious story; blazing gameplay; good difficulty... It's just incredible. Must-have.

Great game
Please note multiplayer is no longer available due to the age of this game You can access multiplayer through Massgate however I have not tried it The game does crash at the end of the first mission I managed to fix this by turning all graphics to very low and the resolution to smallest setting Once you reach the second mission you can turn it up again. This game is a must have for RTS players, who love Command and Conquer and Forged Alliance.
