Yes it is. But it's not just the graphics - it's the awful controlling. I start to play it and I didn't like it. The complete Inventory, the movement, the combat. It's a lot of clicking.
The dialogues are ... well, okay.
I can't tell much about the story, cause I didn't tried long enough.
Taking a look to Fallout 1 or 2, they are much better and a lot of more fun. So this game isn't worth the price.
