Grow your domain by constructing buildings, producing goods, trading wisely, and ensuring your subjects are fed, protected, and loyal. Every decision shapes the soul of your fief, and the legacy of those who endure within it. Will you forge a haven of prosperity, or a bastion of control?
Expand your territory, district by district, by raising central buildings and production sites to meet the rising needs of your population. Each rest marks the passage of time, advancing construction and fulfilling vital needs: food, security, education, and merchandise.
But happiness is fragile. From bustling markets to training grounds, taverns to farms, every building plays its part. Manage growth with care to keep your people fed, entertained, and protected, or risk discontent… or worse.
Power is never neutral. As your fief expands, so does its identity and the voices that seek to influence it. All who serve beneath your banner leave their mark, shifting the needs and nature of your domain. Their presence and dominance will define what your fief becomes, and what it demands of you.
Forge your path by choosing your ideals. Rule through strength, wisdom, profit or crime. Enact laws, issue mandates, and govern as a tyrant, a merchant prince, or a voice of the people. The buildings you raise, the people you welcome, and the values you uphold all shape your alignment, and with it, the future of your domain.
With each new district your dominion expands, and with it, the weight of power. Upgrade buildings, unlock unique features, and rise through the ranks of authority. Raise monuments to knowledge, might, or wealth.
But power never comes without consequence. The throne room you shape, the laws you impose, and the people who serve you, all reflect your rule. Every decision echoes, from the goods you produce to the voices you silence. Will your fief become a beacon of stability, or will it fall prey to corruption and chaos?
Really enjoying it, building out your little kingdom is a blast and dealing with the array of subjects is great for flavour, but posting more for a warning;
If you game without an internet connection - the DLC will not be available. This applies to the Tavern as well (and suspect the other DLC). The game will say you own it etc - but the functionality and access won't be available in game until it reconnects and authenticates. Have raised a request to confirm what's going on and will update - but heads up if you really need that offline functionality.
