Wanderlust: Transsiberian

The story itself was pleasant but bland, and none of the choices you make have real impact on the story, although a few of them extend the runthrough slightly. More images, even if stock photos of related places, would have improved the experience immensly. Most of the game is watching a circle progress across a very undetailed map. Pros: Relaxing, pleasant, easy to do when you have to keep walking away. Cons: Short, very passive, too few visuals.

could use more art, especially on the overview map to illustrate the beauty of Siberia and it's people the music was good enough, but honestly I don't think it was impactful enough and there's no stats to show if you explored every dialogue path or ending, and so I am not sure if it's worth replaying therefore I'm not going to. Even just a % showing how much of the story and endings I've explored would have been nice. if you really want a visual novel with limited visuals and some branching paths/choices then go ahead and get it. If you aren't sure then don't bother because this isn't going to make you fall in love with the genre

A travel novella. It has a certain charm about it at first, unfortunately a lack of media (sights, sounds, video etc.) makes this a rather sedate affair. The story isn't a thrill a minute, I couldn't finish a playthrough, and shan't be returning.
