Not a Grand Strategy game !!!
It's official now. On the Grand Strategy Week, Victoria II isn't listed among the grand strategy games any longer. If Paradox themselves don't want you to buy this then who am I to argue with that?

NO MP? SERIOUSLY?!
This version does not support Multi Player. © LOL NOT TOUCHING THAT THEIR OFFICIAL SERVERS WERE CLOSED YEARS AGO, SO THEY DON'T REALLY CARE BETWEEN PUTTING OR NOT PUTTING MP IN THE GAME. MODS AND MP ARE THE ONLY REASONS I STILL PLAY THIS IN 2019. WITHOUT THESE THE GAME IS AN OLD PIECE OF SHIT FOR 1 PLAYTHROUGH, IF YOU'VE GOT NOTHING TO DO. I'D HAVE BOUGHT THIS GAME RIGHT IN THE MOMENT I TYPE MY REVIEW, BUT NOT WITHOUT MULTIPLAYER.
