NO GOOGLE PLAY ACCOUNT LOG IN

there is no sign in to account options in this pc version. so can not continue game started on mobile platform. why would they not add a sign in option? feeling ripped off. please add sign in option to play cross platform. otherwise what is the point to making a pc version?
