You have to play the tutoral and read the manual. A run takes about 4-6 hours, but you can set it to save at any time. It is an indy game interface and takes a little getting use to.
This game is designed to be hard, my first campaign mission, on normal, I took in a squad of 18, and made it out having to swap ammuniton and weapon between squad members. Several member were compeatly out of ammo, and everyone else only had what was loaded in the weapon by the time I finished the mission.
I am over 20 hours into the game and have had no crashes.
It was fun.
I can't really describe the why or the how but this game has a little something, it somehow managed to conquer my heart!
So far, so good, I'm really enjoying my time with this gem
