No spanish, no party...
As simple as that. I can't understand developers policies regards spanish language. Hey you!! There are 500 million people out there speaking spanish, have you think about that? I was waiting this game with attention, because I'm fanatic of managerial/simulation/strategy games. But, there is no spanish localization, so.. What a pity a wated my time. Good luck with your sales.
