Zen in the Art of Fishing
Easy to play. Relaxing like actual fishing does.

Opinion about the Simulator
A great fishing simulator that you can have a good time with. A good selection of fishing gear, easy and clear controls, and what else is needed for a simulator. It's a pity that two DLCs are missing from the store: Aquariums and Florida. I would like to have the full set. .

Best Fishing Game no internet required
Game is simply the best, auto netting, if you want sandbox mode, if you want, a nice included amounts of fishing spots, more only if you want. Worth it full price but if money is tight get it and all dlc when on sale.

GPU Roaster
Didn't get to play the actual game much because it absolutely roasts the GPU. 64GB ram and 8GB vram and fan was running the whole time, GPU temps up to 99° C, dropped to medium quality, simple reflections etc still running crazy hot consistently. Be careful with this one. Looks pretty though...

It's not a bad game
The most important thing missing is the 'feel'. I have no idea how to make that happen but it sure is missing! (When the fish bites, when the pole jerks, when the line drags, you know what I mean, The 'Feel' of the fish!) Other than that it's just a fishing game. My PC is not online so I can't comment on that aspect but, what you do is, stand on a bank or in a boat, throw your line in the water and wait for a fish to grab the hook. It's pretty simple. Success is about 99%. There's no excitement in the game because of the lack of feeling. It is fairly realistic tho. You can level up and buy more and better tackle as you play. It isn't a bad game, there just isn't much to it. Maybe if you entered an online tournament with an online PC. That may get the juices going. I do recommend it if you like to fish.
