Feel good hospital building
Initial impressions: this is FUN! Good old fashioned Theme Hospital for the modern era, building hospitals, making them pretty and having them run smoothly seems as fun as ever. Have only completed first 2 hospitals so far so nothing too challenging just yet, the learning curve is manageable. With all the DLCs, there is apparently a grand total of 36 hospitals, so ways to go.. looking forward to the DLC climates and challenges.

Awesome
Theme Hospital was awesome but a lot has changed since 1997. This game is Theme Hospital but with everything spruced up, all frustrations fixed (there's a pause button!) and funnier circumstances. Super work by the developers - a lesson in how to make a remake right.

It's Theme Hospital 2
It's basically Theme Hospital 2. Way more content and slightly more forgiving though. It is whimsical and silly, so if your looking for a realistic and serious hospital sim, this might not be the right one.

Outstandingly Humorous.
I think it is based on Theme Hospital, but improved in every way and then some. I spent countless hours building the hospitals and chuckling along the way. I am still not finished yet and it's hard to part with a complete work of art, to start a new hospital on a new level, I'm on the 5th one now, I think. Anyways, great game, great graphics, great jokes, highly replayable.
