Prepare for Silly Adventure Game Logic
I like the game, but I like adventure games. If you don't really play a lot of point and click adventures or HOGs, and are not used the gameplay loop, to there might be a good chance you'll hate it. The story is campy and cheesy but that's to be expected from this kind of game. Prepare for logic to be thrown out the window, I can't count how many hacksaws, hammers and screwdrivers I've used only once per puzzle and then apparantly thrown away. It's a funny thought to imagine that the protagonist went into an abandoned house and started piecing together pieces of a toy train track to get something out of a wall. The graphics are really good, and suit the style of the game. In game it's kind of a mix between 3D pre rendered and 2D painted which makes it look distinct. But cutscenes are pre rendered 3D. Both seem to complement each other.
