Slomo Fun
It does what it sets out to, kind of. It is a spiritual successor to the first FEAR game by blending that style of gameplay, story telling and horror into something very familiar. For me, the story so far and horror are not as strong as the original FEAR game, like not even close, but they nailed making a fun and brutal combat system. I can't knock it for trying to fill a void in the fps landscape and mostly succeeding. While everybody and their grandma is running the "boomer shooter" genre into the ground. This game is a breath of fresh air. If the gameplay of FEAR what kept you coming back to that game than this is a must buy and worth the current price, if it was the story and horror that you loved though, maybe wait for a sale.

one hell of a shooter/ story
Ive gotten 20 hrs out of it so far and still not done. Definitely one of the most fun/ interesting games ive played in a long time. Highly highly recommended.
