Nostalgia
One of my favorites...I like how you can switch from old to modern looking in the game.

Remastered Done Well
Ignoring initial hiccups and version release blunders across their supported platforms, the game in its current state is a fantastic remaster of the classic experiences.

What remasters should be
I hope Konami and Capcom could make this type of remastering to the OG Resident Evil and Silent hill games, Just like halo anyversary you can switch the graphics with the touch of a button. Allows to choose between tank and normal controls, tank controls work fine as long as you remember to press RB to walk but can be strange at first. Great game and also very well optimized

Was about playing Tomb Raider 3, when the Remaster was released. Am switching
I spent some time comparing the original release with the remaster and find myself wanting to play the remaster now: It is super authentic and I come to concluce that the higher FPS, the widescreen, the remastered graphics come without any downsides. If I toggle the classic graphics in the remaster I found the colours to be different, but after some research, they seem to be the colours of the PlayStation version of the game, which differ in Tomb Raider 3, but also come with some nicer detail work, like footsteps, which were not present on PC. So they even chose the nicer version for classic graphics despite those were originally not ported to PC. Once TR3 is finished I will buy TR 4-6 Remaster and not touch the originals I have lying around here. Well done!
