Action RPG
Better than Diablo 2. Graphics are very good and mythological theme's are very rich in story. Every Act highlight an other mythology. This keep the game fresh. Than we have 66 classes that we can play. Almost an endelous buildposiblity. A verry good game for the price we pay. Thanks.

Would rather play Diablo 2/Torchlight 2
I'll start off by simply stating that I only played through a very short amount of the content this game has to offer. This is primarily because the game offered me a seemingly dull and routine experience that didn't deviate too much from the arpg formula. While I was playing this game, I kept thinking about how enjoyable Diablo 2 and Torchlight 2 were compared to Titan Quest. In fact, I wanted to play those instead so I eventually jumped ship and began a new Diablo 2 playthrough.

Never gets oldcome back time and again.
I bought the hard copy of this game when it first came out. I bought the Anniversary Edition from GOG as well. I'm not sure how many hours I've put into it but come back time and again.

Casual ARPG in a beutiful setting
Titan Quest does the ARPG-formula very well and offers a unique setting and atmosphere. It runs as smooth as silk due to continiuous updates and improvements. However, the story is rather thin and the action is not very challenging, but quite repetetive. The different chapters are too long in my opinion, more challenging quests and more interesting story elements could have spiced them up. The graphics are done with lots of care and attention to detail and aged very well. Overall a very well made casual hack-and-slash experience in a great setting.
