Fully Functional?
Base game excellent in all formats. Amazing how a weekend board game was condensed into an hour on PC. New pack seemed to have a functionality issue on the negotiations card, I was the strongest, the weakest could fill all criteria, nothing happened regards resource transfer, and no I wasn't out of blue tokens.
