This War of Mine: Complete Edition

This game will hit you hard on an emotional level especially when you play the stories from the story mode. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Everyone should experience this game. buy this game no matter the price they ask for it - it is worth it. I never encountered a game that hit me so hard before - I am speechless.

Happy to buy again, game is very impressive and has a dark and impactful atmosphere. It does what good games are for: it makes you think.

I think the game isn't so much about enjoying the mechanics. I did enjoy them, I think the game has a fun gameplay loop, that encourages an interesting form of planning ahead. But what I think the game is really about, is when I was running low enough on supplies, that I returned to a house that I'd almost emptied the first time I visited. Although this time, it was empty. The owners of the house were no longer there. Until I saw what looked like a head sticking out from under the blanket on the bed. The owners were still there. They starved to death because I stole their food. This effected the character that did it to the point where they never recovered. Their ending synopsis was pretty much that they lived a hollow life, and then died. I was just trying to survive, but this game made me regret it a couple of times. I think I would have felt better if I didn't survive.

Of all the games this is different from any other, I recommend it to people who want to feel something different. Does good or evil exist, or do we only think about ourselves? it is an experience unlike any game 20/10
