Not good
This game takes a joke that worked for a 30 minute game jam game and tries to spread it over several hours. The humor doesn't land as well the second time. As for the point & click gameplay, the puzzles are obtuse and leave you no choice but to try random things until something works. Bizzarrely, the game acknowledges that the puzzles make no sense, yet they still thought it was a good idea to throw them at you one after another.

The game is awesome but...
I'd definitely bump it up to a E-10 rating at least, lots of moderate language, and a handful of suggestive jokes like a "Private 18+" folder with normal circuit boards wearing bikinis. I'd rather not have such things in there, especially in something targeted at kids. Still, I love the humor myself, I like thinking outside the box, many of the solutions are pretty funny puns, and sure, the references to other games are fun.
