The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition

OKay, I'll confess. I've finished this game from a "GOG copy" given by a friend. Over time, I managed to scrape some money and when this game went on sale, I simply bought it. I thought i wouldn't be interested to replay it in NG+ from my old save file. I thought wrong, for all the good reason. The game still rocks! It was gorgeous then, it is gorgeous now, and it will still be gorgeous in the future. Everything in it is so fascinating up the point I stopped playing it for a while for the world is too grim, even for my standard. Buy it on sale, or if you have money to burn, just buy already!

Reinstalling the 50gb next gen version over stupid slow 5g internet to play again in 2025, the game is that good. People are recommending the "Brothers in Arms" patch from Nexusmods that fixes the bugs (5000+) that are still in the game. That being said when I finished the vanilla story a few years ago I didn't have any mods/patches installed and it ran just fine. But for the best possible experience in 2025 I am going to try a few of the QOL mods this time. Soundtrack is still probably best ever in a video game.

Skip all the negative reviews and opinions from other players. This game is on another level. This game is the G.O.A.T. . . . THE G.O.A.T. Forget you need any streaming services. Cancel any streaming service subscription you have. You won't need them. The story, the cut-scenes, the playthrough, the graphics, the characters, the music, the open world, the monsters, the possibilities with the easy to understand level system, etc., etc., this game is AWESOME!!!. It is soooo good and so great that even when it crashed into an error, I was not even mad. Just load the game again, and kept playing it. That's how a games should be made. CDPR, you guys nailed it.

The best RPG I have ever played and I have been playing PC games since the Commodore 64 was the the way to play RPGs. Playing the game from the begining through Witcher 3 gives you certain advantages, since your victorious endings are carried over to the next game. CD PROJEKT RED is simply amazing in their attention to detail in story telling and senic beauty. The Witcher books which take many ideas from actual Polish History, minus the monsters, although some of the actual enimies were considered monsters at the time, have been followed and enhanced within these story lines. I suggest, if you haven't already, buy all the games, read the books and start from the beginning, nice way to enjoy the quiet of winter when your not outside. Finally a very appreciated "Thank You!" to the folks at COG for the upgrade to Witcher 3 Game Of The Year addition. I had all the updates and DLCs already.
