DLC and game developers
I myself, as CDPR thinks about DLC as something minor which should be a part of the game for free because it might be something they thought of after the game was released and thinks: "This should be a part of the game", then it should be free. And I support CDPR stand on calling things expansion packs which adds hours of gameplay, those should be payed for, because that's something that adds to the game on a huge scale. Anyway, TAKE ALL MY MONEY CDPR!!

Confused and wondering whatever happened
Did this ever get fixed? Cause the DLC still shows up in the Store, but says I still can't get it, and now it's saying because I don't own Witcher 3 Wild Hunt.......And my brain registered it's flipping out over the Stanard Edition. I have the Complete Edition. Was this stuff later included so thus ignore this DLC? Cause I see most Reviews are pretty old. Just trying to figure out what even happened because it should probably be removed from the Store by now, reworked...Something.
