Description
The Expansion Pass secures your access to two epic adventures set in the vibrant world of monster hunter Geralt of Rivia.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Hearts of Stone takes Geralt on an all-new 10-hour adventure into the wilds of No Man’s Land and the nooks and alleys of Oxenfurt, where he’ll try to complete a contract from the mysterious Man of Glass. Caught in a thick tangle of deceit, Geralt will need all his cunning and strength to solve the mystery and emerge unscathed.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Blood and Wine a 30-hour tale that will introduce the all-new in-game region of Toussaint, will take Geralt to a land untainted by war, where an atmosphere of carefree indulgence and knightly ritual masks an ancient, bloody secret.
The upcoming expansions will offer gamers new content, gear and foes, and will feature characters both new and dearly missed -- all crafted with maximum attention to detail and quality.
The boxed PC version of the game is compatible only with the Expansion Pass sold on GOG.com
The Witcher 3 is one of the best RPG's of all time! The story is awesome, the expansions really are as long as called. I just had some little grafic issues, like npc's bugged through some of the video sequences, but this really is more funny than annoying ;)
The amount of care put into this game becomes apparent very quickly. The open world, the depth of quests - all voice acted - the spurious content that you just happen to find add up to create an epic experience. The sheer amount of content in those is staggering in terms of the amount of time that you spend playing, all of which is high quality. There isn't very much that you will think is "filler".
I have played through this game once and am doing it again on Death March for the true Butcher of Blavikid feeling. Let me just say this is hands down the best game I have ever played; whether it be the maintainence, quality of gameplay, graphics, immersion, ect. I have yet to even buy the DLC (which I plan on doing soon), but with all of the free dlc and content already included with the game you have plenty of story to play through. Besides the handleing of Geralt whilst trying to move about a foot, I have yet to really hear anyone complain about the game. To anyone whom is not sure about trying this game or you think only fan boys of the witcher series loves this game, just shut up and try it, you will have no regrets. CD Project Red has done a better job in 3 years than AAA game studios and developers have done in 3-5. Battlefeild 4 for PC for the first 2 YEARS, was a flop unless you only wanted to play the campaign. Assassins Creed (Revelations + x), same crap every year. THE DIVISION, LORD HAVE MERCY ON MY WALLET, refunded that before it released after witnessing the beta for a week. I can keep going on but I have no need to rant on here except to give CD Project Red and the whole team who worked on the Witcher 3 a round of applause. I doubt we will see another fantastic game in years such as this ladies and gentlemen. This game has set a new standard in quality for the gaming world, and I pray that it will sooner than later become the new minimum.
TLDR: This game is a must buy so DO IT ALREADY!!
My most wholehearted praise to CD Project Red and the Witcher 3 team
Absolutely the best game I have ever played and I doubt I'll get into any other game as much as I got into this one. I payed around 40 eur for this game, did not regret a single dime. A must have.
