The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition

I pre-purchased this new version of the Witcher with great anticipation and boy what a disappointment! And that is an big understatement. The graphics are very good, however the developers saw fit to completely change the game mechanics from the first Witcher that for me has made this game unplayable because of a disability I have. I also thought I was purchasing a PC game but I suppose that today this is a fallacy. All PC games today are just very poor ports of the crappy PS3 and XBox 360 shit!. This was the first game I ever pre purchased and it will be the last! I also am very upset with the gaming industry as 99% of games are over hyped crap! I will never purchase any game ever from anyone that does not release a playable demo of the game. If they do not I will just download the game from Bit Torrent and then if it is worth it I may seriously consider buying it but not before, unfortunately my entertainment dollars are very limited since being on a medical retirement and I hat the feeling that some big fat cat has stolen my limited resources. Perhaps the changes that will be made in the upcoming Witcher 2 v 2 update will make the game playable for me, however I am not holding my breath. A very upset gamer

This game would be great if it booted. I even bought this on Steam AND GOG. Tech Support said it was a Windows 11 issue. But I tried it before with Win10. I thought GOG was about bringing games to modern platforms? Its too bad. I played one and three and enjoyed both. Out of order I know but its frustrating.

Regardless of temporary inability to play this games (release date is only 2 days away!!) I am sure that this is a TRUE MASTERPIECE! If this game turns out to be bad (impossible) I am a RETARTD then) Love u CD project!

Nonsensical_QickTimeEvents, Cutscenes_that_do_not_play, a_new_fighting_system,_in_my_opinion_inferior_even_to_simple_Oblivin, quests,_which_are_hardly_explained_and_sometimes_impossible_to_figure_out_without_online-help, ... Of_course_there_are_good_things_too,_like_the_story,_which_alone_makes_it_worth_buying_and_playing._But_it's_never_as_fun,_as_it_could_have_been. Man,_typing_like_this_suckz!!!! WHYCAN'TIUSESPACEBAR?????!!!! WTF!!!

I died about 12-15 times in the prologue alone. I have played computer games for 35 years, and feel I'm pretty good. I played on normal setting, and the controls were of such poor quality, I felt like moving in syrup. Also the Quick Time nonsense with the dragon made no sense, and pulled me out of the atmosphere. I felt I was stuck in a Dragon's Lair-clone with unfair near-impossible tasks. I have tried two times to get into this game, but after playing Witcher 3 for about 100 hours, this is too frustrating to the point of being unplayable. Shame.
