Where have you been hiding?
I found this game to be so involving and captivating that I had buy every Witcher book available to me in English, alas I don't read Polish. RPG fans will look at this game as traveller in the desert views a tall, cool glass of water. Driven by an outstanding story it is easy to not notice how great the music and graphics are. The characters and quests seem quite natural in the game and not out of place. I felt that I could "see" my character performing these tasks as a routine way of living, not like some job that's tacked on so my character could level. The combat takes action RPG to the next level. A little timing and observation, as well as the skills required, and you will perform extensive damage and viscious attacks to any fool enough to stay in the path of motivated Witcher. I have purchased multiple copies of this game as I can't seem to get enough of it. I never feel the need to read books based on videogames, but I want this series. I hope it doesn't take too long to translate. I hope CDPR continues to make RPGs like this one as I feel it will be looked on as classic and pioneer game for those that come in the future.
