Bugs, Bugs, Bugs...
I'm finishing the game now at mission 10 after running in a bug one more time. The game will not register my forces when I send them, I tried severald different tactics and started the mission three times. This also happened in some missions before - buildings cannot be placed where they should for example. The design of the missions is also full with flaws - sometimes you have to learn "the script" behind the mission through several restarts of the mission, if you want to have a chance. It seems like there has been not too much playtesting - it's a complex, big game but form 2005 - lot's of time to fix this bugs. I'll now test Settlers 7 - hope it's better. Cannot recommend this one. And I really wanted to like it.

DRM Free???
If this is DRM Free, then why 30 seconds into start up does Norton 360 warn me that it is trying to make outbound contact with a web page??? The web page name came and went too fast for me to read. But I did block the game in Norton from being to make outbound Internet connections. You should look into this GOG. I have not gotten too deep into the game yet, being focused on security issues. But what I have played, I have liked thus far.

Game does not run on my laptop!
I don't understand this game every single time I try to raise the graphics quality becasue I know for a fact that my laptop can handle the highest quality of the game, it crahses. It doesn't even save a all. I am really annoyed that this game does not work on modern computers. How am I supposed to get my money's worth if I can only play the game in its lowest settings and crash if I try to raise them? Please fix it GOG Galaxy
